JASS MALANEY
Jass Malaney, ICF-PCC is an award winning Singapore based Certified Leadership Executive Coach, team coach, facilitator, trainer & Keynote Speaker, who is known for her vibrant spirit and inspiring presence.
As a Professional Coach, she works with high potential leaders, C-Suite executives across various geographies and cultures to elevate their leadership. With experience in leading, as well as coaching for over 20 years key decision makers in various industries, gives her the extra advantage to relate to their challenges. Her approach to coaching both individuals and teams with a strong emphasis on results, by incorporating the organisations culture, systems, individual’s personal context helps ensure objectives of coaching are met. She believes in developing the inner core essence with awareness of own’s capabilities to help leverage and elevate leadership effectiveness. With a structured approach, rich cultural and work experience, as well as training in coaching methodologies, psychometric tools, she is able to work with clients to focus on changing behaviour, improving business performance around leadership and management.
Currently serving as the Council of Ambassador for the ICF Foundation, ICF Registered Mentor Coach and regional leader in the coaching communities. She served as the President of the ICF Singapore Chapter (2017-2018). She served as the Board Adviser, for a Non Profit Organization, Social Health Growth. She is a Grassroot Leader for the Siglap South Community Centre.
