Her leadership experience stems from leading teams at The World Bank (United Nations), Scotts Holding Group and Kelly Services.
In her roles, she was involved in developing teams, from hiring to training them. With P&L responsibilities, she initiated organisational restructuring, merger, and layoffs supporting organisations and teams in performance management areas.
Jass has hands-on business development, negotiation, systems & process improvement experience. As she has set up and run two profitable businesses, Jass taps into her sharp business acumen, enabling her clients to implement actionable solutions and achieve results quickly.

Awards and notable achievements
In 2002, Jass received the Prime Minister’s Award after suggesting Telephone Reminder Services. In its pilot year, this service saved half a million dollars and has now been rolled out globally saving hundreds of millions of dollars for organisations.
Jass serves as the board advisor, for a Non-profit organisation, Social Health Growth. She is also a Grassroot Leader for the Siglap South Community Centre.
