Week- 1: Get to know each other: Welcome to Coaching. We will start by introducing ourselves, and then learn more about each other. Answer any questions to give you clarity and help establish what would you like to be coached on.
Week- 2: Make a SMART PLAN – In this session, we will establish a Coaching Outcome to work on with SMART plan on what you will be working on?
Week- 3: Coaching sessions: 45 mins to 60 mins. In these sessions we will work on the coaching outcomes. The conversation would be focussed on the current issue related to the agreed coaching topic.
In these powerful sessions you will also have a chance to review the plan and make changes if needed or even drill out what needs to be the blocks
Week- 4: ONGOING Progress Support: (Email or Whatsapp) Here the Coach will Check-in to ensure you are following up on all the agreed action plans. If you need any support to keep the momentum going.
Week- 5: Celebrate SUCCESS. (30 Mins) In this coaching session we will recognize how far you have come on the journey, we will recap the insights and how the new changes are showing up. If you are still on the action steps, we will continue to work together towards reaching your goal and support you to make progress.
Week- 6: FUTURE. This structured coaching programme will end as soon as you reach your agreed coaching outcomes.
